This year will bring many new adventures to my life. I have been in 2nd grade for the past three years and am now moving onto to the bigger leagues...dun dun dun...3rd grade! My new team and iPads are probably the most comforting part in it all. It is truly exciting to see what my students will be able to do with them in comparison to last year.
This year also brings in the start of pursuing my Master's degree in Educational Technology Leadership. Whoa, a bit of a tongue twister. I had to read a few hundred times before I did not have to glance at it to get it right. I've fallen in LOVE with technology in the classroom even more so than I thought I would before I was even in the classroom. I hope to get enough experience with providing Prof. Dev. and understanding people (introvert but can fake it) to one day be a Director of Technology...somewhere in the world. But in leui of the changes in my own career, my best friend, partner in crime and classroom roommate for the last 3 years, is also going to be starting her new job as our campus' NCLB. I am so excited for her to start on her path to becoming an amazing leader on our campus. #perfectpair
